Digital Print . . .

up to SRA3, from our heavy duty Xerox and Océ Presses. These presses are ideal for high quality, fast turnaround, on-demand, mono and colour work (including variable data when required).

Litho Printing . . .

from single colour small offset to full colour process printing, Exactaprint offers it all. Litho also gives a larger selection of weights and finishing options for your print requirements than digital can normally handle.

Thermographic Printing . . .

is a heat raised process which was introduced years ago as a alternative to die stamping. A powder is dusted on the wet ink and then baked through a heat tunnel to rise like a cake! The process is a wee bit retro but leaves an unforgettagle finish, perfect for business cards, invitations and office stationery.

Letterpress Printing . . .

is it old fashioned or cutting edge? You decide! This process works by applying ink to the face of metal type or block and pressing the type into paper or card. This centuries old process has been used to print everything from bibles to newspapers. Today we use our Letterpress machinery for specialised work, using printing blocks or our original metal type which is already 50+ years old and is used over and over again . . . you don't get greener than that!
